Limited (“CNP Global”) shall have a
duty to keep confidential information relating to the works that CNP Global has been assigned from
you unless CNP
Global is forced to
provide such information by common
laws or as required by the police department, government
authorities, state authorities or
enforcement authorities.
If you are a company whose securities are listed
on the stock exchanges, then you must notify CNP Global know the works that
Global do for you are internal information
relating to that company or securities of that company, so that CNP Global will
conduct an internal management process for the works related to such
information.
If CNP Global obtains
information that CNP Global
has a duty to
keep it confidential for you or that information has
important implications for the works that CNP
Global has received
an indication from another client, then CNP
Global will not be
hindered providing such services to that client, provided
that CNP Global shall ensure
that such information is kept confidential and with CNP
Global’s business ethics.
Unless
you have other announcements for CNP Global , CNP Global may provide the
services which CNP Global have done for you, value in money of that work (if
any) and a general description of the work that CNP Global have done for you for
serving the purposes of marketing and internal training.
In the case where CNP Global receives request from
CNP Global’s insurance company, auditors or other consultants, CNP Global shall
have the right to provide them with information on you or your work which CNP
Global has been done for you.
